- Acceptance of online bookings with a minimum of 2 hours' notice.
- ImportantIf the number of guests changes, please let us know as soon as possible, thank you.
- RESERVATION AND OCCUPANCY POLICY: We would like to inform you of our reservation policy, which applies when the actual occupancy of your table is less than 25% of the reserved capacity. In these cases, a charge of €5.00 (€10.00 for Group Menus) will be applied per absent guest to cover the costs associated with the reservation, as the table was kept available without being fully occupied by the expected number of guests. We appreciate your understanding and hope you understand that this measure allows us to continue offering the best service and maintaining the quality of our tables and experiences. - Calculation: The charge will be applied to the number of no-shows. For example, if a reservation is made for 4 people but only 2 show up, a charge of €5.00 will be applied for each no-show (there will be no charge if 3 people show up). If you call us 24 hours in advance, there will also be no charge.
